COLABS is Pakistan’s largest premium serviced office-space brand that launched its flagship site in Gulberg in April 2019. The first site – totaling north of 27,000 square feet – is a purpose-built shared workspace with a capacity of c. 500 members.

When we first saw the 1950’s factory in Gulberg that we picked for our flagship site, we immediately fell in love with the character of the building – the high ceilings, the spaciousness, and most importantly the freedom it gave us in creating flexible work zones. COLABS is intrinsically designed to attract both ends of the tenant spectrum – on one hand, established corporations that require high-end facilities and amenities, and on the other hand growing startups and entrepreneurs that require an active learning environment.

COLABS host companies from different industries and backgrounds to ensure a good mix of expertise onsite. We filter our potential members based on diverse functions – including marketing, design, legal advisory, technology development, public relations, and more. With this, we have thus created a one-stop business solution for all our members so that we can enable them to succeed and grow.
