Al – Karim Premier Housing Phase 1 is a project of SABCON – a gated, self-contained, and secure residential community with 188 residential units.

SABCON converted agricultural land near the Lahore Airport on main Harbanspura Road to this TMA approved gated residential community for middle-income households. SABCON developed the land (roads, electricity, gas, water supply, and sewerage systems), and completed the construction of 188 beautiful and affordable housing units (3 and 5 marla townhouses) for residential use. The scheme includes a park and a mosque and hosts a thriving community.
