Al – Karim Premier Housing Phase 2 is Sabcon Associate’s second housing project, currently under construction on main Harbanspura Road. Designed by architect Atique Ahmed of AEDL Architects, it lies in close proximity to Al-Karim Housing Phase 1, and has 550 well-designed and functional residential units (3 and 5 marla townhouses.) This housing scheme will include complete infrastructure (including roads, electricity, gas, water supply, sewerage systems, etc.), as well as amenities required for comfortable living – such as parks, mosque, commercial areas, and a graveyard.
