CENTRO 81 is a premium mid-sized commercial building located off M.M. Alam Road in Gulberg. The building has a glass and concrete façade and all modern facilities including security, backup generator, and BMS. It has a distinctly modern architectural look, designed by Syed Ali Raza [B.A. Honors Architecture Design, Member RIBA (London)] of Chishti Brothers and was completed in 2015 after one year of construction. This was SABCON’s first commercial project.

Currently, it hosts OD Donuts & Noon Bistro on the ground floor whilst premium offices reside on the floors above. The building is owned fully by SABCON and is leased out to commercial tenants based on long term contracts.
