TWELVE is a state of the art office building located off Main Boulevard Gulberg, Lahore. Inspired by modern architectural feats, it was designed by renowned contemporary architect Fuad Ali of IAA Associates and still stands as one of the more unique building structures of the city. Its bold façade was completed by Saint-Gobain International and stands out among other buildings in the vicinity.

The building construction was started in 2016 and completed in March of 2017 and is now fully leased out to a marketing and IT company.
